Cocentives Reports are checked and ready to send once a Year End report run is completely processed. Then, you can give your green light, and Cocentives sends all reports and preview links to your agents. This is as simple as putting your car in auto gear.

Magic
Conventional PDFs are great for storing valuable information such as commission reports, and statements for the long term. They are static artifacts good as reference points. Cocentives believes in PDFs for this reason. But we wanted to create an even better experience for the recipient agent.
Together with PDFs you can send Magic Links. These are highly interactive links agents can click on and see their reports in real time with full context. An agent can zoom in and check a specific deal's math, and see how it got calculated. Increasing transparency and enhancing the user experience.
Magic Links also includes an exciting feature: "Ask Co". Ask Co allows recipient agent to ask any question about their specific report statement. For example their "Top deals for Jan", or "What is the average commission".
Cocentives helps you report to your agents in a more transparent and dynamic way. Instead of simply choosing static PDFs, Cocentives includes the best of both worlds: a complete PDF for the ledger, and a Magic Link for viewing and understanding the info simply through questions. The work of sending emails to all your agents is very important, yet work that consumes a lot of time and energy. Alone, an email might take under an hour to compose, create and calculate the PDF, and review. Yet emails are very important pieces of communication between your agency and the agent. Cocentives gives you the choice of whether you would like to send the email with both Magic Link and PDF, or just one or the other—all up to you. You can also export statements as Excel files for agents who prefer spreadsheets.
